Aditya Chandavarkar is the Founder & CEO of Inkjet Forum India founded in 2010. Inkjet Forum India is a fresh initiative to organize conferences and educational programs to help the Indian digital printing industry to understand technological developments, markets and application requirements. This forum brings together more than 15 years of experience in organizing events & comprehensive knowledge of printing inks & technology to create a competent knowledge sharing platform. He also organizes the “Inkjet India” annual conference series on UV inkjet printing, digital textile printing & novel inkjet applications. He was recently invited to speak at the Textile Talk Theatre at FESPA 2012.
He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from University of Central Lancashire, Preston and a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from University of Manchester, UK.
In addition to overseeing operations at Inkjet Forum India, he is also a Director at Silversheen Inks & Coatings Pvt. which manufactures speciality screen printing inks & auxiliaries for the graphics industry and coatings for varied applications. He was the instrumental in the appointment of Silversheen Inks & Coatings Pvt Ltd as the authorised distributor for graphic and industrial inkjet inks and associated ancillary products by Chimigraf Ibérica SL, Spain for the Indian subcontinent.

Divya brings in the writers flair & creativity to Inkjet Forum India. Based in Mumbai, Divya Vinekar is an Author by choice and has recently authored a book of poems inspired from some real life experiences. She holds a diploma in advertising & PR and has gained excellent experence in the field of administration and PR from her stint of 5 years at Shiamak Dhavar International (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Divya role revolves around co-ordination and promotion of Inkjet Forum India events on social media such as twitter, linkedin and facebook.

Based in Mumbai, Gajanan Chandavarkar is the Founder & Managing Director of Silversheen Inks & Coatings Pvt. Ltd. established in 1987 to provide quality products to the coatings and printing inks industry in India. He has lead the company through two decades of manufacturing, formulation & understanding customer needs to provide dependable solutions.
Formerly Mr Chandavarkar has worked in technical departments of reputed companies like Asian Paints Ltd. & DIC India (previously Coates of India Ltd.). Born in 1951, studied chemistry and physics at the University of Mumbai. This was followed by a B.Tech in polymer chemistry & paint technology in 1974. In 1977 he completed his M.Tech degree from the University Institute of Chemical Technology (UICT), Mumbai.
He has also been an active member and worked at important positions in various industrial associations, to name a few - ISSPA, AIPIMA, Colour Society and UICT Alumni. His interest to share is knowledge and give back to the industry has been a major motivation towards starting Inkjet Forum India.
Mr. Gill is responsible for the sales efforts of Spectra® branded products in Europe and India, as well as driving expansion into new markets and applications. Before that, he was with Vutek as global marketing director and also with the functions of R&D and training facilities. His early career, for 15 years, was as an ad agency print buyer. He is vice-chairman on the Executive Board of the SGIA - Specialty
Graphics Imaging Association, Executive Trustee for the non-profit Screenprint Foundation Trust as well as serving on the Editorial Advisory Board for 'Digital Graphics' magazine. FUJIFILM Dimatix is a worldwide market leader in the design, development and manufacture of precision piezoelectric printheads and micro pumps, under the brand name Spectra.

Currently based in Shanghai, Mr Partridge is currently Sales Director, Asia Pacific for two leading European inkjet ink manufacturers: Sepiax Ink Technologies of Austria, and Chimigraf Ibérica SL. Formerly, Mr Partridge was the Sales Director for Asia Pacific for the US-owned ink manufacturer Nazdar, following on from his earlier role of OEM and business development director. He was the prime instigator of the acquisition of the Lyson digital ink business by Nazdar
Mr Partridge has spoken at more than 150 conferences worldwide, written more than 120 articles and 25 reports on the development and evolution of digital printing, and provided services to most leading brands of digital printing equipment, inks and hardware. Prior to that, for 13 years Mr Partridge founded and managed Web Consulting, a respected global consulting business for the digital printing industry.
Steve Smith owns DPInnovations Inc. a reseller and support organization for digital textile printing software, based in Saint Cloud, Florida, USA. Steve has worked in the digital textile industry since 1983 when he joined Textile Computer Systems Ltd., of Manchester, England, as a computer programmer. Steve was instrumental in helping TCS become a major global supplier of CAD/CAM software for the textile industry. From 1983 to 1994 Steve developed his role from programmer to systems analyst to product manager and ultimately Managing Director with responsibilities for more than 30 employees and a turnover in excess of $2,000,000. Whilst with TCS Steve conducted commercial activities and completed installation & training in more than 30 countries. During this period, acting on behalf of TCS, Steve also spent 18 months in the USA with Symtech Inc., of Spartanburg, SC, acting as their product manager for the TCS products. In 1995 TCS was acquired by the NedGraphics group and Steve was appointed as commercial director for the print division. In 1996 Steve became a partner in the Dr. Wirth Gruppe of Frankfurt, Germany, responsible for product development, sales and marketing of their Atelier software, from Wirth’s USA office in Spartanburg, SC.
Acknowledging the change in the digital textile industry, Steve was single handedly responsible for re‐directing Wirth’s focus to software developed specifically for the digital printing of textiles. In 2000 DPInnovations Inc. was formed as a subsidiary of Wirth Software GmbH to exploit their market leading color matching technology for digital printing. In 2008 Steve acquired full and sole ownership of DPInnovations Inc. and established an exclusive global distribution agreement for Wirth Software’s “Master” range of products developed for the digital textile printing industry. Steve is responsible for in excess of 500 licenses of Wirth’s Master software being distributed globally, via a network of agents, resellers and OEM’s. Steve negotiated and established OEM agreements with DuPont and Yuhan Kimberly.
In 2010 Steve developed a web portal, www.thedigitalstylist.com to provide product education, sales and support. This website is responsible for support RIPMaster users and DPInnovations own new product line, iSolutions.
